My coaching philosophy is based on the fact that every person is different. 

Therefore, I only offer customized training plans.

The training will be adapted to your needs, your goals and the load of everyday life such as work or family.

Sympathy, trust and mutual respect are extremely important to me, the key elements to finding the right chemistry with my client and the means by which the foundation for successful coaching is laid.

Do you want to complete your first triathlon, get the Hawaii qualification, reach your desired weight or simply be fit and train in a structured way?

During a non-binding first meeting we will get to know each other, discuss your current situation as well as your goals. Afterwards I will create an individual service package together with you, adapted to your needs.
