Ever since I can remember, sport has been at the center of my life. As a three-year-old, I already laced up my soccer shoes and took part in running and biking competitions. At the age of 7, I competed in my first triathlon. Since then I have been fascinated by this sport.

In total, I have participated in over 300 competitions, was a professional triathlete for 9 years and a member of the Swiss national team for 6 years. 

In 2017 I finished my career, finished my studies in sports economics and have been working as a coach ever since.

Through the years I have gained a lot of experiences and learned a great deal. It fills me with joy to pass on this knowledge and help people achieve their goals.
